Oh, I dunno. Could Gaetz stay sober long enough to run a full-fledged, statewide campaign for Governor?

If I lived in Florida and I had an American Citizenship in two thousand and twenty six I would be voting Democrat.

Every time I see Matt Gaetz’s forehead, I want to take my Sharpie and draw a dick on it as a warning.

Unlike Trump's hurricane map, that sharpie addition would be accurate.

I really wish you hadn't disrespected Vampira like that. The Guilfoyle is a whole different kind of nightmare.

It could be worse.

It could be Florida...with fucking Matt Gaetz!

you need to understand that grooming and raping children is considered a good thing to conservatives. you just don't say it (entirely) out loud and instead constantly harp on your political enemies as being the grooming child rape party.

I actually snorted in disbelief when I saw the headline.

At this point I'm not sure it wouldn't serve Florida right to have Gaetz as governor but even better would be Gaetz answering to a prison governor.

I believe the appropriate response is Fuck Matt Gaetz.

I would like to take a moment to remind folks that John Morgan refers to himself as “pot daddy.”

After they moved the hellmouth to Tallahassee, it's been a string of monsters running this state, each worse than his predecessor. Gaetz would keep that tradition going.

"They just wouldn’t let it go, because despite all the other Republicans in Florida politics, there is no better candidate for governor than Matt Gaetz, who is lousy with scandals."

Is that still a thing? It seemed to be all the talk for a couple of news cycles and than nothing for ages.

Trump has been officially found to be a sexual abuser ("rape" in most states), and he's the locked-in Republican candidate for president, and thus favourite to win in Florida in 2024. So, yeah, why wouldn't a man who has avoided the charges for sex with minors (because his partner in grooming is an even-more unreliable witness than he is?) think he can win a vote in the state? Pretty much officially (judging by the media coverage) being a sex offender Is OK If You're A Republican. I mean, how many of the Republican also-rans are using it against Trump? How often does anyone ask them why not? How often does any part of the media mention it?

My husband had the misfortune of having to drive him around on his boat when he was stationed at USCG Destin, back when gaetz was a state rep and said he was a massive d*ck to everyone. Florida, man 🤷‍♀️

Get him out of the House, leave him to Florida. Good trade.

In a sane world being endorsed by Shitstain, Junior Freakster and his gargoyle would be the kiss of death.

Sigh.
