The area he was concerned about is Lovers Point in Pacific Grove. Cao got everything wrong. He put an apostrophe in Lovers and moved it to Monterey. There are also no witches there...well, not the naked-dancing kind. I lived there for several years and, believe me, I wanted some bare dances and they just weren't there. Just otters, seafood, and folks calmly walking their doggos. Just like in Virginia, I imagine (do they have otters there?). 🥰🦦 🦦
