I trust a Trump toady's assessment of "aerial imaging" about as much as I trusted Bill Frist's "video diagnosis" of Terry Schiavo.

In another life I worked for one of the contractors hired by EPA to do the actual work on the Superfund sites. Generally the people working for EPA overseeing superfund sites were of the caliber that government work was their only option since none of the private companies would hire them.
