Right back atcha, champ. For the past 10 months, since Forever President Obama nominated a centrist jurist, Merrick Garland, that even Orrin Hatch called a pick with whom no one could have a problem, Republican leaders have been perfectly happy to have an eight-member Supreme Court. Sure, an awful lot of decisions ended in a tie -- meaning if an appeal came up through a liberal circuit court, the liberal circuit court's decision remained in effect, and vice versa. The Supreme Court also declined to hear a lot of cases. Hey, whatcha gonna do.
He's always been a vile person but he seems to be a vile person who's no longer aware of what's going on around him. Alzheimer's? Dementia? Too many drugs?
Because more often it gets used to prevent stuff that could un-fuck us. The public option and a larger stimulus would have been possible without the threat of the filibuster looming at every turn.
The Senate is already undemocratic enough by giving states with less than a million people the same representation as states 30+ times that size. Requiring a 60 vote majority for everything makes an unfair system even more lop-sided.
I've always kind of felt he was undiagnosed for some kind of cognitive attention disorder, but this is looking like early onset dementia more and more.
@RoguePOTUSstaff (who have turned out to be correct about all their other claims so far) sez bye bye filibuster - they're already happy to blow it up to get Gorsuch on the Court. And I'm with Our Boyfriend Charlie Pierce, who says, LET 'EM. Go ahead. Do it now. It isn't gonna get better.

And he'll violate those too, the second keeping them inconveniences him.
Good. I hate those pillows with fringes. Stop infringing pillows!

I thought education could cure anything but now I'm not so sure.

I have scary for you. Read http://motherboard.vice.com...which is about the Big Data firm that helped both Trump *and* Brexit.
It has to enter the head for it to work.
Since Trump is in the last year of his presidency, it makes sense to wait.
Also needs some kind of operating system.
Ooh, VERY good!

Nice work!
Maybe if you had wings and beer you could get them to come to your camp
