The legal definition of "arsenal" is 13 or more weapons of the same caliber or an amount of ammunition (I forget exactly how much) far in excess of what this guy had.

That does get to the heart of this, and many other, problems.

For instance, we hear all the time the complaint that "America is a litigious society." I've come to believe that's because the Executive and Legislative branches refuse to do their jobs, so people have no recourse but the Judicial. That may change as the far-Right packs the Judiciary, of course.

If Donald was filmed getting a blow job from some White House aide, it still wouldn't be enough for the GOP to act. Even if he lied (and he would) about getting one, which definitely was an impeachable offense in 1998.

And Mueller and co aren't happy about it, which is why that article about his thirty-year-past misfeasance appeared in major publications, I'm confident.

I agree and a reasonable judge would sign off on this. I do not want to see the 4th Amendment rolled back because of the 2nd Amendment.

We have known enough for a while now. I can wait, and there's a chance I'll be proven wrong. But I doubt it.

I think the ending of the investigation will be an interesting line of questioning when Mueller's team members testify before a House Committee assuming the Democrats ever figure out how to un-jam the printer and produce some subpoenas.
