But I watched the Mayor's statement and understood his anger, but I think a shorter statement with the same amount of fury would have had more impact. I watched him, got his message, but a few minutes in I went elsewhere.

Every "un-masked" photo I've seen so far has been AI-generated. He kept his mask on, even pulled it further up. Stick with the real photos while you make him famous. His identity will eventually come out.
These pieces of garbage lie to our faces even when we have incontrovertible evidence of what actually happened. I don't know how that fact surprises me at all anymore, but somehow with how absolutely blatantly full of crap they are about this incident in spite of how exceedingly well documented and witnessed it is I would have thought that they would say "this idiot screwed up and we are investigating the crap out of it their conduct, they're under arrest currently as we investigate and their bond hearing is set for whenever." Because holy crap this is murder.

She tried to drive past an ICE thug further down the street, who shoot her 3 times, twice through the driver's side window.
