I think people need to start carrying balloons filled with oil based paint to throw at the windshields of ice vehicles.
They will not be able to get that paint off easily, they will not be able to flee like the cowards they are, they will be trapped, and they will not want to be sticking their heads out of the window to see where they’re driving!
I don't make a habit of watching SNL unless I hear about a great skit. Last night was Poehler and Fey doing bondi and noem and I'll probably check that out.
ICE Thugs unlawfully detain a reporter, because they sure as hell don't want their lawlessness recorded and blasted all over the internet. Grown men tackling an unarmed woman. Wait there's MOAR ! They claimed she threw objects at ICE abduction vehicles.
Just in case anyone is reading this still. It's 825 pm in Portland and raining. We haven't heard helicopters tonight and felt that the rain would keep the protests at the ICE building to a minimum. But we just heard sirens in that direction and there was a commercial fire called in to Pulsepoint at S Moody and Lowell about one block from the ICE building. Fire in this rain is not normal so someone started it and I doubt it was the protestors.
Thanks all. A follow up. It's almost 5am now and all is quiet. A half hour after we heard the sirens we heard a very loud explosion, absolutely massive. We went out on the porch to see if there was any smoke cloud but there was nothing in our line of sight. The sound was like the explosions we would hear almost nightly during the BLM protests downtown, only louder. No sirens afterwards, so kind of a mystery. It might show up on local news later today but Sunday is a poor day for local news coverage. If we find out anything we'll let you all know.
Yes. Nothing on the explosion but we've been hearing the helicopter circling over our part of town which includes the ICE establishment. Usually we hear them at dusk to late night. What they're doing orbiting at midday in the midst of occasional torrential downpours is anybody's guess
Maybe some MAGA notable getting a tour? This is definitely not protest weather except for our frog battalion.
And don't forget the terrorist priest who was hit in the face with a pepper ball.
