Our Basic Instinct is to run screaming from this person Pity poor wingnut Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, whose (alleged) Medicaid-frauding home healthcare business was forced to shut down because of stupid invasive Big Government oppression of a free-market entrepreneur.
I'm not real up on Ayn's history and personality, but I have the distinct impression that she didn't have a basic understanding of how any human, herself included, actually fucking works.
But who is willing to do hard physical work of lifting the bed ridden, out of bed, cleaning them--shit included, changing the sheets, feeding, etc., etc. Some of it is probably skilled licensed labor--pt and ot, nurses, and more I don't know about--but a lot of it is hard and "unskilled" (we all know that it's skilled, but the skill is not recognized) and exactly the sort of thing that immigrants are willing to do, and americans wont.
And can anyone comment on 3,000? That seems like a hell of a lot, but I don't have any real experience in judging in this kind of work.
If she was providing around the clock care, that might be right. But a lot of the clientele would have recovered or died, over the course of that time.
"I will not get into business with the government ever again."
So, we can just forget about that congressional campaign of yours, then, right? I mean, being a government employee is very much a business relationship.
[gah! I feel so auto-repressed!]
Not much is illegal in Nevada.
Why are her legs so shiny?
Nope.
AOT, K - which is why she isn't remitting withheld taxes and won't open her books (no I-9's)
Well, in her case, the empty head would keep her afloat.

This is why we women are spiritually inferior.

Yup, I'd want to look at her books, too.
That is one unsettling mental image.
My hick grandparents used to always say "well they say." My father would wonder aloud, behind their back of course, who "they" were. It's a mystery.

I will refer to Darius Rucker as "Hootie" until the day I die.
Well Fiore is just one "Joisey" accent from being a Mafia wife. (Hell I'm surprised she hasn't been arrested on a "Real Housewives" franchise yet.)
Not to mention no basic understanding of how literature works. Her prose puts the "turd" in "turgid."
