Because of the world wide oil contracting process, it's a good bet that oil available to US refiners will also begin to disappear.

I got into a conversation w/two other drivers: one was hollering "how'd it get up so high overnight?" + 20¢ in a week, +32¢ in a month. I told a young woman that I feel bad for people who have no choice but to drive to work. She said "well, I'm unemployed." me "I feel bad for you too." Her part-time gig is with Rover, taking care of pets, DRIVING from house to house. Will there be an uprising?
There is another way of looking at this shitshow. Donald"vandal"Trump (DVT) is the best friend the environment ever had. By pushing gas prices to levels where it is virtually out of reach for a lot of people, he is cutting down on the use of fossil fuels -- just what we need to happen!

Our HOA Board has been discussing the feasibility of allowing homeowners to install roof solar panels. The main problem is the huge expense. However, there has been a proliferation of items that run on solar. I have new security cameras that came with mini solar panels. I can see this possibility being applied to in-home items, like a TV set.
