You mean that Jake Tapper putting the First Amendment on a handkerchief didn’t stop this?! I am shocked!

Maybe he could write a book about how old the First Amendment is!

I'm just waiting for Erika Kirk to comment on why she's running Turning Pointless now and not practicing what her Nazi organization preaches...

Turning Point USA’s New ‘Wife School’ Teaches Women How to Be Biblically Submissive Wives

The first episode is about why wives should have sex with their husbands even when they don’t want to.

In April, the Guardian ran a piece entitled, ‘A Husband Expects a Yes’: How Wife Schools Are Shaping Submissive Christian Women. Now, Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA is getting in on it, and I’m actually surprised it took them this long.

TPUSA’s new five-part “Wife School” (watch the first four of them below) instructs on how to be a Biblically submissive woman for your conservative Christian husband. The first episode is about why wives should have sex with their husbands even when they don’t want to, which is very on-brand for TPUSA. The guest for the first episode also runs a “Wife School” course, which teaches women “how to interpret your husband with generosity instead of suspicion” and “break patterns of criticism, nagging, and careless speech while learning to use your words to encourage and build up.”

The “Wife School” series is hosted by Alex Clark, a Turning Point USA podcaster and host of Culture Apothecary, whose tagline is, “Healing A Sick Culture”:

Birb used to be in the free press.

She would be flying around the room and pooping on his head if she were there now.

Our_Man_In_Redneckistan's avatar

So did I. His head would be nice and still for you on the carpet.

This is a problem with the press. What they call a strategy (using obscenities) is really a clinically defined symptom of dementia, social disinhibition, especially in the context of a public official. So as Trump deteriorates, they report that he is getting smarter.

"After Trump announced he was barring CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House, Bloomberg reporter Catherine Lucey asked about “others to come.” He said, “Others to come in terms of, uh, fake news? Look, The New York Times is fake news, uh, Washington Post is fake news. They’re crummy papers. Both doing very poorly, by the way, but we’ll see. We’re probably not going to display the paper anymore in the White House, those papers. But we haven’t taken the step of throwin’ ’em out,” he said. “But they’re fake news, totally.”

He then labeled both newspapers “disgusting.” “New York Times is so fake. Washington Post is disgusting. I mean, they’re disgusting. I don’t get it. Why would they be, you know, we’re doing so well, and they’ll take the most positive story and make it as negative as possible.”

Saw a picture on Facebook of a diesel pump posted by a trucker. The price for 164 gallons of diesel, $1,034.08. I don’t think we’re great yet.

Hey, News Outlets!

How about just ignoring Donald Trump? It will drive him crazy. His parents never gave him enough attention, so he is still a thirsty brat who needs CONSTANT attention.

Start the news with "Trump lied again today" and then move on to news about people/things that are interesting.

yes. Interview other people whom you have 'access' to. No point in hanging around The Criminal.

*Pat Boone* told Trump to shut the fuck up and have some respect before it’s too late.

GUESS WHAT?

Sorry you hitched your wagon to that crazy horse, Pat Boone.

Never been to an "annual wankfest of a dinner".

Thought one girlfriend called my apartment Teh Dr.'s Fucketeria. You get dinner and a good fucking she would say. And usually breakfast, lunch is also included if it's a weekend long event.

Suzie Greenburg's avatar

Yeah but how's the wine list?

tehbaddr's avatar

Merlot, or cab sav depending what's on hand, but always good bourbon and beer.

Available with prior request.

Oh and bloodies, always had those fixins around.

OT:

The feds are trying to rescind the 'Roadless Rule,' and the comment period was just extended. The roadless rule protects wild places from us. Under the guise of "fighting fires," this administration cares not that almost all forest fires start within a half mile of a road.

Leave a comment, protect the wilderness.

Nah, I can't walk that far. I would DRIVE 500 miles...

Nah, not that either. I don't go out any more. I'll boycott them from my house.

Still flogging the "500 miles" thing, eh. I blame MTV for dumping this shite on us.

How about we require the president take and pass a civics class. A big part of our problem is he doesn't know how any of this shit works. He doesn't know he can't do this.

ciaobella's avatar

How about we require that CITIZENS take and pass a civics class. Don't know what the Bill of Rights is? That's a deporting! ICE agents standing by.

Deportation for saying "run government like a business" or "unitary executive".

he's gotten away with this for 8 decades

he's always been a psycho. he tried throwing a classmate out of a 3 story window when he was 5. that's when he was put in a military school and we can see how much THAT helped

EyeQueue's avatar

He's a BAD SEED!

EyeQueue's avatar

He has been insulated from the real world and consequences and accountability for his entire life.

We have to ensure no one else gets to do this. We need a national service program or something that you can't buy your way out of. It would greatly increase social ties, IMO, and help ensure that no one like him is created again.
