This is how you know you're unpopular: Tennesseans in general give their Muslim neighbors higher approval ratings than their elected lawmakers, the latest poll from Middle Tennessee State University revealed. "When you see news footage of hundreds of people protesting on the courthouse steps, it's awfully easy to conclude that all Tennesseans are violently opposed to Muslims," said professor Ken Blake, director of the MTSU poll that came out on Thursday. "That's not what we found."
