So I'm back in my car and on my way to the grocery and scanning through the radio when I hear Cheeto Hitler's voice prattling on about "800,000 cases in immigration court and blah. blah." Ain't nobody got time for that.
He's finished. Nancy broke him. I predict he's gonna end up with something like the deal Nancy & Chuck laid out for him on day 1. Everytime one of those GOP Senators or WH people start talking about "5 bill", she's gonna say "1.6 for all of DHS. Period."
The F.A.A. said it was slowing traffic in and out of the airports because of staffing problems at two of its air-traffic control facilities on the East Coast, one near Washington and one in Jacksonville, Fla. Those facilities manage air traffic at high altitudes. The agency said there had been a slight increase in the number of controllers calling in sick at those facilities on Friday morning.This is why you want redundancy in your system. Which, of course, increases the cost. You don't want it running at 100% capacity, 90, maybe, I don't know.Also, too, it reminds me of a lot of things about being in a wheelchair.
