Hey - Suse's alter ego here. So my flight from SFO to London was delayed until tomorrow afternoon. Nice of BA to text me right after the counter agent gave me the news. I had to Uber to San Jose to catch an 8:00 flight. What is the deal with all of these delayed/canceled flights???
