Arranged by Quincy Jones, great jazz session musicians, NO STRINGS(!), and 8 amazing songs. (ten on the CD reissue). I wheedled my way backstage ages ago at an Ozzy Osbourne concert and had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the esteemed Mister Aldridge; the man is just one of the nicest fellows you're ever going to meet. For real; there was nothing arrogant or pretentious about him. He is just a genuinely NICE guy who can play the HELL out of a set of drums.

That should work. You may need a little more time but you can always put it back in the oven. Let everything get close to room temperature so it’s not cold in the middle, and sprinkle lightly with a bit of water so it doesn’t dry out.

350º F in the air fryer or convection oven. 10 minutes if it's not preheated, 7-8 if it is.
