Thank god some politicians have dropped that idiotic rule of not criticizing the US government outside of the US.

The "toddler with a packed diaper and a gun pitching a tantrum on the white shag rug" metaphor is why I keep coming back Wonkette. Well done.

As a person from Czechia let me give you a bit of context on Mr. Macinka. He is from right wing populist party called "Motoristi sobě" (Motorists together) and a lot of people including me hate him.

Macinka is currently fighting our president because he doesnt want to swear in his (maybe nazi) crush Filip Turek as minister of environment because he is a climate denier and incompetent. Macinka repeatedly threaten president the president and his team because without Turek his party is dead so yeah...

...this is the guy who is leading our foreign affairs, absolutely hate it.

I just read a Pre S.A.T question & it is..."Ike Turner was as nice to Tina Turner as if..."

A: Trump is to truth

B: Trump is to the Constitution

C: Trump is to ethics

D: Trump is to health care

Thats a hard one....

Regret's avatar

A and C are wrong, because Ike was occasionally nice to Tina between the beatings, and Trump is never nice to the truth or ethics.

I don't think Trump claims a connection to your Constitution all that much, so B is weakest. That makes D the correct answer.

Edit: If flag was an option, that one would have won.

Looking at Rubio in the YouTube preview image it almost looks like Rubio has been wearing goggles while in a tanning salon. The skin around his eyes looks a touch lighter than the rest of his face. I wonder he eventually won't appear wearing the same spray on orange colour as Donny does.

A question.

Who's tired of being pissed off all the time?

I am. I just want to watch "sports-ball" and "General Hospital" while drinking beer on my couch.

Don't we deserve this while living in the most gluttonous society in the history of the planet?

I think we do*

“We need to have higher standards for Democrats”?!

Do fuck aaaaaaaalllllllll the way off with that bullshit.

pskbh's avatar

Sorry, it was *word salad *.

Thesaurus Wrecks's avatar

OMG Donald Trump and his cabinet have never given a word salad answer before!

AOC’s career is over now!

pskbh's avatar

Also I just learned from Tiedrich, NYT and other print *always* edits out all the ums, ahhs, pauses for anyone they're quoting. Just not AOC apparently.

My bad, my apologies.

She's brilliant, beautiful, young and very popular. And she'll never be allowed a moment's rest because she's a *BROWN WOMAN!*

I am not dissing her.

From how YrW tells it, you'd think Hillary's only mistake ever was that tiny, itsy-bitsy part where she faceplanted a gimme election to our present affliction. And even that wasn't enough to wipe that self-satisfied smirk off her face.

Ta, Marcie. Not watching the videos now; I've cried quite enough for one day. We just pulled the second pizza from the oven (we finished the first one for lunch; made it last night and reheated our slices in the air fryer) and sprinkled the top with julienned fresh basil. I made a frittata; it's bagged up in the fridge and ready to travel. Meanwhile, darling husband Meccalopolis has an autumn frost squash chowder on the stove; its flavors are melding beautifully. Roasted squash, carrots, and parsnips, leeks, Cremini mushrooms, and macadamia nut cream are the stars. Our traditional soup for dinner Monday is going to be lit. Speaking of lit, it's a bit sunny out so I'm putting on my boots (with crampons) and going out to hug a tree or two. I hope everyone who has the day off is enjoying it.
