Oral CBD has been, as far as I can tell, enormously oversold as a pain relief/well-being/whatever medication. (Anyone out there have good experiences with it?) But topical CBD is just the shit. I just smeared some CBD lotion on my arthritic knee, and it feels much better already. You can find it at smoke shops, many dispensaries, and maybe online? (Didn't check out that last one.)
i have all sorts of back, neck, shoulder, wrist pain (i am far more abusive to my body than my age would suggest). all my theatre friends (theatre + biking are the abuse) swear by all the CBD / gummies / joints but honest to god NOTHING works for me. occasionally i'll break down and get a massage but that's never 100% and anyway only temporary.
I've got some Papa&Barkley Releaf Balm. It's 1:3 THC rich, they say. My experience with it has been meh. About the same way I feel about oral CBD. Now there's CBN and CBG that I hear work better for pain. Next trip to the dispensary, I'll talk with the tender about it.
