Girls do it because they want smaller or larger breasts, and boys with excess breast tissue do it too. It’s only “gruesome” to Vance bc the patient is transgender.
Oh, but the thing is, unless you're having it for trans reasons, it's a-okay in their rules. They specify that you can't do surgery for gender alignment reasons. This is why courts that actually follow the Constitution instead of Federalist Society ideas have struck those laws down.
