Risking being redundant: I hope her lawsuit is catastrophic for Mr. V. I hope she wins by more than a whisker. And so on.

I'm here just to point out that Shady Jadey's star financial criminal might easily (and intentionally) be conflated with Mandela Barnes, Wisconsin's current lieutenant governor and leading candidate to succeed Tony Evers. Makita and Mandela share a last name, have three syllable first names that begin with M and are black. To the average Magat, they are obviously the same person.

Real ones don't cut off the LV logo on the edges of pattern pieces. That was on the checklist that Mom, a US Customs Inspector, had back when I was in high school and the trendy girls just had to have them. Soooo many fakes.

Let's hope the self-hating, completely disgraced Amy Chua is pleased with herself for delivering this lunkhead into the fold of the Trump-Epstein party.

Deborah Vance hates that she shared a name with that asshole.

Think of it as him having stolen it. That's what, the third name he's gone through?

We know the Dotard has dementia and his number skills have descended into gibberish. I don't think couch-boy had any math skills to start with.

"A federal jury in the Southern District of Florida convicted the founder and owner of HealthSplash yesterday for his role in operating a platform that generated false doctors’ orders and prescriptions to defraud Medicare and other federal health care benefit programs out of more than $1 billion" Why this guy not in speech? Why Florida no Federal fraud invasion? Why, just why?

Unscramble the letters in "Vance" and you get nothing.

"A couple of things here. One, how does JD Vance know that’s not a knockoff Louis Vuitton bag that Barnes bought off the back of a truck for $20? He doesn’t.

... You know when she was indicted? In 2023, when Joe Biden was the president"

* Of a certain Vance doesn't know; he proudly shows off the "Rollex" he bought in Times Square for a sawbuck. (Such a deal, he couldn't pass it up after losing so much playing "Three Card Monte.")

* Someone servicing the current regime regularly takes credit for something already done. The Pissant POTUS shitting behind the Resolute Desk does it often, and as recently as earlier this week:

> "Walmart has lowered the prices on thousands of summer items like beef and other favorites for a barbecue.

But were the rollbacks, which were first announced July 6 in a Truth [sic] Social post by President Donald Trump [sic], at the request of the president's administration to celebrate the country's 250th anniversary?

[...]

In his social media post, Trump [sic] said Walmart "will be lowering prices, by a lot, at my Administration's request to celebrate our great Country's 250th birthday."" https://www.usatoday.com/story/grocery/2026/07/08/walmart-rollback-price-reduction-trump/90839550007/

Except (and obviously):

> ""This summer, we're making even more investments in price, with thousands of Rollbacks across the products customers are shopping for most including ***beef***, fresh produce and beverages, grills, pools, toys and summer fashion apparel," said Julie Barber, executive vice president and chief merchant for Walmart U.S.

[...]

The Walmart price reductions "looks less like a turning point on food inflation and more like an aggressive summer promotion," David Ortega, a food economist and professor at Michigan State University, told USA TODAY. "Big retailers spotlight 'backyard barbecue' staples like ***meat***" [emphasis added] ibid

The current regime is so full of shit I'm surprised that not all of the numbnuts have brown eyes. Among the most pernicious is their insistence for taking credit where none is due and blaming others for their constant fuckups; all this accomplishes is causing a greater reduction in trust of the gubmint when that trust is a most important commodity for sound governance.

I knew it was bullshit. Walmart isn't going to suddenly reduce their profit-margin even for their favorite peepaw. I expect this has been planned at least a year in advance for the 250th, and it is about manipulation of prices, raising them for some items and lowering them for others. It all evens out nicely. If their lips are moving...

Erisian's avatar

The price reductions had been planned for some time and were about to go into effect when the Fulvous Fuckwad pissed on their parade and claimed credit.

I've read elsewhere that the Walmart bigwigs didn't remind the world that the asshole with the store-bought degree in Economics that a retailer with ~4600 outlets in the US doesn't just decide to discount because POTUS requested it:

* They didn't contradict Napoleon Bonafart because of potential retaliation.

* The logistics involved can't be in place in a couple of weeks.

* Free publicity is free publicity.
