Ta, Marcie. So Jenna will not Go Directly to Jail. Is it too much to hope that Ghouliani does?

I don't care much for Jenna Ellis but she has a (small) chance of redemption now.

It is SO WIERD that the Trumplings talk tough up until the part where they’re offered the option of flipping or jail time.

You know who else was an "unindicted co-conspirator"?

Hint: His name rhymes with Nichard Rixon.

Afraid of losing her license to practice law - big incentive to beg forgiveness.

"her right-wing conspiracy theory podcast income on the side, no matter how many times she claims a lady boxer is really a man." REALLY??? Can any of these people do ANYTHING for money that doesn't involve being stupid, mean, or dishonest?

I AM THE VICTIM HERE!!!!

So it was her unquestionable honesty the AG wanted, not her firsthand knowledge of criminal activity about her fellow ratfuckers who tried so desperately and smugly to subvert democracy. Check.

they SO want to be a martyr for the cause - until push comes to shove.

Republicans are practically illiterate, even the educated ones. She just recently found out the definition of martyr.

It'll be a great day when we can refer to Mark Meadows and Boris Esphsteyn (don't know if I spelled that right and don't care) convicted felons.

People should pronounce Boris's last name Epshtein in public. Drive him crazy.

And continually ask him about Horshak.

"Ellis’s Colorado law license got suspended for three years."

How is she not disbarred? She tried to overturn the results of an election. You practically have to kill somebody to lose a law license in this country.

If you are orange w/the Supreme Court in your pocket, you could "stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody" & still run for Prez. If you get your pals on the SC to give you Prez immunity, you can damn well do as you please.

I've heard that you have to steal from a client to be disbarred. Essentially all other unethical behavior is tolerated by the Bar.

Because professionals (doctors, lawyers, etc.) see disciplining their own as a collective failure and they hate to do it. Plus they’d have to admit that law schools ain’t as picky as they used to be about who they admit (looking at you, Harvard and Yale).

Remember, sleepy eyes is still a licensed dr....

It's totally true what you say. This is also the mindset that leads to cover-ups and continued abuse, rather than just disciplining bad actors early on.

They seem to be drinking very heavily at that Bar!

I can't wait to see my cousin Vinnie ask her about those farts.

I know nothing! Nothing! I had nothing to do with any of that nonsen-

indictment? You're indicting me?

I know everything! Everything! I can tell you about all of those dirty dirty crooks! I've been trying to tell you all along! I want to tell you! I'm begging to tell you!

Sure, Jan.
