"Liberal havens" like NYC and California exist because their residents have vicious systems of abuse close to hand. NYC wouldn't be possible without the NYPD and Rikers. LA wouldn't be possible without the LAPD amd California's notorious penitentiary system.
Without the "intractable" systematic abuse of black men, nobody would feel comfortable voting Democrat.

I want honest decent police work that involves community outreach. We will always need law enforcement but these stop and frisks and routine traffic stops are not how it’s done
