I agree that raising two kids does not count toward being president. Mayor Pete hasn't raised kids, yet there he is.

Warren wasted a spitball on Bloomberg, who hasn't announced, that she could have flicked toward Trump in the first place.

If she's the nominee, I will support her with votes, checks and voter registration drives. Right now, her candidacy is showing signs of falling enthusiasm.

I hear Eric Holder may get into the race. Holder could be a formidable candidate.

Any experience can count towards being President, but the point was that Warren has been just as hard working as Bloomberg. Also, she was raising the kids at the same time she was doing a bunch of other things. Bloomberg is not better qualified than Warren.

Warren was right-on tactically. Bloomberg has not entered the race, but he may and you want to define your competitors early on before they can do it themselves. She has to win the nomination before she can concentrate on Trump.

There is still a year before the election. Hitting a plateau along the way is normal. What would be abnormal would be for polls to only go up over the course of months or a year. You are using pretty paltry evidence here.

Holder is unlikely to be a formidable candidate because he's waited too long. Bloomberg can self fund. Holder would need lots of donors and many have already committed to other candidates. It's the same with endorsements.

It is ironic that you tout Holder, who has no showing in the polls, but dismiss Warren because she hasn't surged recently.

They've been making fun of "eggheads" since Adlai ran.

But yes. Fuck purity politics indeed. It's a big tent. No actual Democrat is more or less legitimate than any other.

You’re thinking of ACA. MfA literally turns the US healthcare system on its head. All healthcare is administered by a gov entity.

yes, that's what we have her down unda, and if you want to privately insure because you prefer to you can. I don't see the problem

No pb. But private insurance will in essence disappear under mfa. Ppl will be able to purchase addl insurance, like in France, but it’ll be expensive!

The ones in power want to demonize education and intelligence as elitism of the left or some crap because they know if voters educate themselves, they'll realize they're getting screwed. It's one of the reasons I consider K-12 education one of the top priorities for fixing our country. Teach people critical thinking and they will be better off in life.

We are all equally stupid. Making the effort to un-dumbass yourself is what sets you apart from others.

That's worth my entire monthly donation right there.

Okay, I haz to admit a bit of cornfuse here; from where I sit, it looks to me like JT supported your thesis, and merely pointed out that the Republican war on knowing things predates the Palin era. So what, exactly, was the "damned point" you think he missed? Why the venom, why so rude?

No, you don't fucking need to be splained to. You need to fucking splain.

Biden posted it to Medium because that's where Warren unveils her plans. OHJB can go fuck himself. And of course, if he's our nominee, I'll vote for him. I hope it's Warren.
