"You look like you're trying to keep your blood pressure down! Need help?"

This is not only extremely helpful but yet another one of those things we might not even have known we needed till after it's too late

/sigh

After my comment on the last vaccine post I did a quick refresh, and there are currently no other vaccines that are "one and done" regimens. Johnson & Johnson would be the outlier in this category. Additional shots are required for all of them, and some of those regimens are 5-shot series. Sorry, Trumpers, no one is moving any goal posts.

I keep pointing out to these people that they all accept you have to frequently vaccinate your pets, why don’t they understand it’s the same for people? And that with your puppies they get a series as babies, then a year booster, then that can be stretched out to three years for some, but not all. Some are still yearly. This is not a new concept.

You'll have to pair up your Bluetooth devices again, most likely.

This is great news for all of us. Health care workers are already 6-7 months out from our second shots, and some of us are getting breakthrough infections. In my own life, one friend and one coworker, both health care workers, have already had breakthrough infections and had to quarantine for 10 days. Right now is not a good time to have health care workers dropping like flies; even if they don't get seriously ill they can't staff the beds we desperately need right now.

That’s a challenge and a half. Dietary restrictions are a pain. You might still try making donuts with the flour you can eat. I know Bob’s Red Mill has gluten free baking flour you might want to try making donuts with that.

I got the second Moderna shot February 3rd; just over six months ago. A booster in two months? Yes, please. My clients are all immunocompromised and I’ll do what I can to keep them safe.

Gluten free doesn't mean carb free. :( But I persevere!

Yeah, that would work better.

This seems like a good way to do shots. 2 right away, to really get the party started, and then one later to keep the party going. mmmmmm shots...

Fuck it, I'm there for my booster the minute it becomes available. My shot is Moderna.
