I thought some donor would be behind their behavior, especially after I read that Sinema allegedly said she doesn't listen to her constituents but only to her donors. And she didn't mean the small dollar kind.

I'll argue that if the price was reasonable, let's just say 10000 annually (yeah I know that isn't reasonable but 56K isn't either), he would come out at about the same amount of money but more people could be treated, thus helping more people while making the same amount of money...but no...just look at him...he's so greedy he shits green.

I heard Charlie Sykes and Mona Charon on The Bulwark Podcast mention that this voting rights bill in front of Congress is bloated at 800 pages. It says nothing about perhaps the most problematic of Republican interference which is taking control of the elections away from election officials and give them to the Legislature. They also mention that it doesn't implement the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

The reason we don't have it now is because after the Civil War White people did not want to have it if Black people could also have it.
