And that unfamous Commie Muslin Henry Ford suggested, blasphemously, that if you pay workers enough to demand your products, you sell more. Which is obviously RIDICULOSE because he immediately had to lay off all his workers and close his factory and he was never heard from again because Supply-side Jesus.

$3.00 more an hour extrapolates to $24 per day or $120 per week. Wasn't that the going rate for being a secretary who would sleep with Roger Ailes?

Now come here, Uncle Sugar's gonna want some favors.

Tom Delay used to shout 'Everyone knows you don't raise taxes during a war" although that is what ever administration (save 43) did because that is how these things get paid for. Eliminating taxes on the <strike>wealthy</strike> job-creators so that money will trickle down to the unwashed (I'm a proud member) has never and will never work. Just like unemployment benefits a higher minimum wage is spent in the marketplace, stimulating the economy. Which makes the fucking rich even fucking richer! Can we poors not eat 7 days a week or have heat when it's cold so we can endure our squalid fucking lives as the 1% (or 5% or whatever) pocket our wages?

And the one before that was in 1997. Guess what followed it? The dot-com meltdown of 2001!!

Post hoc ergo propter hoc. And never mind how much post.

Maybe Boehner can tell us how, unlike poor bastard minimum-wage workers, someone like Jamie Dimon deserves a raise of $18.5 million -- a paltry 74%.

Then maybe Boehner can go fk himself.
