Things did not develop quite as Eastman expected.

He's broke now because he was working for exposure bucks.

"banks that charge $35 for a bounced check are too “woke”"

That is terrible. I guess people who are not eligible for credit unions?

Teddy Barnes's avatar

USAA charges $29 for an overdraft, but will only charge one a day instead of compounding them on top of each other......they also notify you immediately. Eastman must be a VET or one of his family members for him to have an acct. with them. They also reimburse you for out of network ATM fees, free checking, good loan rates.......I can see why he's not happy about getting bounced......BOO-FUCKING-HOO douche nozzle......

Mathew Reuther's avatar

My CU charges the same. ($32, but still...)

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Last I heard some judge made him take a remedial lawyer class.

Criticize Eastman all you want but don't insult the hat. If you want to mock someone for bad haberdashery go after those douchebags who sport narrow-brimmed fedoras.

He can always just use a payday lender

Except he doesn’t have a job

The dude is simply unemployable. That's why he had to hang around Donald "Tiny Hands" Trump -- and then this no-name "law" "school". The wife and kids are scamming grifters, too. They can only find handouts at places like (not making this up) the Claremont and Hillsdale reeducation camps.

Mahousu's avatar

Wait, if you never have a payday, doesn't that mean you never have to pay it back? That'd be perfect for him!

Crybaby McCriminal says what?

BoA doesn't even offer nap pods.

Trying to figure out what the exact definition of "woke"' is and why it's such a bad thing. Anybody know?

Daniel O'Riordan's avatar

Woke is a single syllable sound that drives MAGAts into an irrational frenzy of fear and anger and makes them easy to manipulate.

Boscoe's avatar

Yes. If you're a mouthbreathing conservative dipshit, "Woke" and its synonyms "socialism" and "communism" are interchangeable terms meant to describe "anything a mouthbreathing conservative dipshit doesn't like".

If you're a person with an actual soul and conscience, "Woke" means having empathy and understanding that other people may have a different life experience than you in America.

The reason conservatives *seem* unable to define it is simply because nobody has managed to generate a catchy bumpersticker slogan that doesn't make them look exactly like the imbecilic monsters they are.

Irvin M.'s avatar

Being "woke" means you are voting against Joe Biden, and you feel good about it

Sherry's avatar

They certainly can never say.. It's whatever force that goes against them when they want to steal, cheat, lie, crime, etc...

Anything that interferes in a man's god-given right to be as big an asshole as he wants to be, or draws attention to same.

ok, i swear i just wrote one non-comment, and two appeared, so when i tried to delete one they both disappeared. GAH.

anyway, i said that it would be sweet if the banks closed his accounts because there are no funds left in them, due to collection activities conducted by the attorneys he owes.

Jamoche's avatar

There aren’t really two of them and the extra will go away eventually.

Gammarae's avatar

well, live and learn, i guess.

Have any banks refused to do business with Trump for any of the same reasons? Not talking about loans. Just general banking.

Kompromat, in a Russian hotel. Maybe golden showers involved.

As a retired bank lawyer who remembers Operation Polar Freeze, I find the RWNJ whining hilarious.

Could you please say more? I don't know no OPF, but it sounds worth knowing about. Thanks.

Perhaps some kind person would supply those AGs with a list of conservative and religious Americans who have been convicted of domestic terrorism. It's not a short list. We can start here https://www.newsweek.com/full-list-capitol-rioters-jailed-sentences-january-6-1826075

For the first time ever, I feel a smug self-satisfaction that my Visa card is a Bank of America joint.

Just so you know, I've never heard anybody say "BoA." It's always "B of A."

That’s what they’ve called it where I’ve lived.
