Out of curiosity, I did a Google for “today’s news headlines” and clicked on New York Times. The Trump submarine secrets story isn’t at the top. It’s near the middle. The top story is the jobs report, followed by gloom and doom about inflation and jittery markets, then stuff about the latest Republican bs, then something about an Iranian winning a Nobel prize. They take a minute to arrive at this beauty:

Soon after leaving office, the former president shared sensitive information about American submarines with a billionaire member of Mar-a-Lago, according to people familiar with the matter.
I love how the headline states “Trump is SAID to have revealed” but the subheader flat out says he shared it. Our mainstream media needs to start acting responsibly.
"Mr. Kelly, when then-President Trump made any of those statements, why didn't you resign and hold a press conference to inform the American people why you could no longer be a part of the administration?"
At least my father who was a combat infantryman and fought in France and Germany in WWII was spared this. He was pissed throughout his life at the 4F celebrities who had a fine time during the war and he left a wife and child. Not to mention the shit he saw when his unit liberated Dachau extermination camp. Fuck You Trump

my feeling is that the crazy we currently see, like an iceberg, is really just the weathered top w/ the bulk floating below the surface … they’ve got nothing, nada, & the msm demands content or they’ll spin it from whole cloth … donald is a content provider but doesn’t provide quality content … the media are currently dunking on him (this is good) but accept his threadbare offerings hoping to generate the requisite clicks or whatever … he’s Naked & Afraid w/ good reason … it gets better …

My late and very dear Uncle Elmer was wounded twice in WWII, once on a Normandy beach in June, and later in Africa. Blessings be, he survived both, came home to his family, worked in a mill until he retired, and, may I add, was the kindest, most compassionate, and bravest man I have ever known. He never talked about the war, much less bragged about his service, because I think the survivor's guilt, when so many of his friends did not come home, kept him humble. When he passed, it hit hard, and to this day, still does.
That piece of orange excrement stinking up the place is not fit to tie my uncle's shoes, let alone weep at his grave at the national cemetery in which he rests. Fuck him all the way to hell.
We already saw what happens when Trump sends federal troops into a city. Portland was terrorized for weeks on end as nameless, faceless troops beat, gassed, kidnapped and imprisoned citizens night after night. He even sent a death squad out to execute a citizen.
That was just a dry run when he was hoping to be re-elected. There will be no such "restraint" if he gets his tiny hands on the levers of power again (he won't get his tiny hands on the levers of power again).
