Oh and Ivan's speech in Brothers Karamazov would have been 450 pages long and no one would have remembered it, let alone write anything about it.

The Ayn Rand version of the Fleshlight hasn't even got an opening.

This is to teach you the following Libertarian lessons:

1. It's 100% completely rationally self-interested! Your sexual gratification is your own responsibility. 2. You'll have to REALLY force yourself upon it! Just like in Ayn's stories. 3. Market forces! If you hadn't purchased this, the invisible hand of the marketplace would eventually stop such inferior products from being made. 4. Rationality! If you actually wanted to fuck Ayn Rand, she's dead, so you can't.

I blush to admit I read The Davinci Code, only because the Templars thing is my favorite wacky conspiracy theory. What a piece of shit.

The only one I ever read was Anthem. It sucked. Thank goodness it was short.

I was introduced to Ayn Rand, by enthusiastic brothers in a fraternity house, in 1963. After I read "Atlas Shrugged," I lost respect for the guys who thought this crudely written resentment was literature.

In the intervening 52 years, I have never known anyone, enamored of Ayn Rand for more than a month, who isn't a weakling.

In think sadly, in retrospect, Rand's work says a lot about what we, who live in the rest of the world, see of America. Republican foreign policy reeks of her resentments with a brittle hardness that betrays her weakness like a cast that covers the mush of disrespect for justice.

Not to mention a minor candidate for the GOP nomination is named after this "vicious penis envious Russian peasant bitch," which is what I wrote about her in 1963, when it was no less politically incorrect than it is now.

Objectivism - so called because reasonable people object to it.

Well on her way to a deserved obscurity until the RWNJs had to bring her back. Thanks, RandPaulRyanCruz. You suck.
