1) The judge went back to a Congressional investigation of the War of 1812?!? That's dipping into the Golden Oldies vault for serious. Top that, Originalists!2) At what point does refusing to hand over your communications and/or pleading the Fifth 1000 times make it seem like you have something to hide, besides your slavish worship of the false god, Drumpf? I'm asking for all the "good" Republicans who would do something blah blah blah if the Democrats had proof that there was anything like a seditious insurrection planned and carried out by a cabal of moron politicians and lawyers and all those guys who still have Trump 2020 signs out on their front lawns.
Since Alex Jones is part of that lawsuit, you think he would have shared what tends to happen when you ignore the court's request to fork over documents and data.
I'm pretty sure the inside of Alex Jones's head is random mix of the Max Headroom signal hijacking, excerpts from UVB-76 broadcasts, and the occasional Teletubby wandering through, so I don't know how much help he'd be.
But you don't call those guys dr. Well he's a goner now. (And I do hope nothing interferes with his pension! After the way he's served this country. I do hope you agree.
Giuliani, at least, graduated from NYU, which is hardly a mail order certification service in the South Pacific. It's feels like Tom Cotton, who graduated from Harvard Law, and yet seems to frequently not understand how the law works.
There was also an investigation into Pearl Harbor, cut short when the administration told a few trustworthy members of Congress (of both parties: trustworthy Republicans still existed in those halcyon days) that the Japanese still didn't know we had cracked the Purple Code and so would they please stay away from the topic of what we knew about Japanese intentions in December 1941? (Japan sent its embassy a declaration of war which the ambassador was supposed to deliver before the Pearl Harbor attack, but they were slow and delivered it late; we decoded it faster than the embassy did, but were slow delivering the warning to Hawai'i, very embarrassing on both sides.)
I interviewed once with the state bar association for an IT role. I was... underwhelmed. Terrible salary, tons of attitude. Entitlement didn't begin to describe it. Now I wonder if it's really about the quality of the lawyers or just capitalizing on the fees.

Part 2 of my answer. (It's just my patriotism.)
