They saved by not having attorneys. I am more interested in the reach of what they purportedly intended to turn into a political trial. I follow the news pretty closely and heard and read just about nothing during this trial. The voices of the defendants were smothered (by MSM acting at the behest of Soros, I'm sure).
However, since it was streamed, I suppose the copies may be multiplying though the Interwebs.
In a world allegedly overflowing with data, I am uncertain whether this trial was a non-event or not.
Judgment good for 20 years here in MA. And I would haul them into court twice a year in a supplementary process proceeding wherein I could examine them under oath about their assets and ability to pay. And call other witnesses if need be.
And I would be watching social media like a hawk. And I'd have an investigator on standby as necessary.
Many years ago, a law partner of mine seriously screwed the pooch in a huge case, and so our partnership was sued to hell and gone. I had to move to Texas to put my equity in a house so as to take advantage of the homestead exemption. I never forgave said partner. (Footnote: I did not invite him into the partnership, but my other partner, who was my dear friend, did, and I shrugged. So that was on me, I guess.)
Daniel, that is an excellent point, do you also comment in the Washington Post? I ask because I thought I saw you there. There are probably more than one Daniel commenting though so I thought I would ask.

For once, suing a defendant into permanent penury is a GOOD idea.
I'm hoping to see a lot more of these.
Judge sez: "I know the DC jail is horrible, but is it any worse than Enrique Tarrio's mother's basement that he never cleans?"

Makes me wonder if it was WWII “plunder” that a soldier brought home…
Yup. Sounds like WA.
May he be a prophet in this. That is how they broke the klan.
As if there is a difference.
Or find a comfy girlfriend.

I hope you were able to collect.
No, I only post here.
I wish it was "orange is the new black", with all the insurrectionists, in orange.
