There are many stats that want to enable white people to stock up on all the guns. Don't leave it to the states.

The serial numbers is actually a very good idea. But I figure we have a special tax on every pack of cigarettes, and every bottle of alcohol, so why not bullets?

My wife and I each have a can of wasp spray at our bedside for self-defense, whether it be insect or human.

A lot of browser / App Store "free" games have in game advertising. Maybe she is referring to in-game ads?

I prefer the states to the feds. States at least see the results where the rubber (or the blood) meets the road. I can't imagine there are any states which would EXPAND gun rights if it were left to them, because they are about as expansive as they can get now. I suppose they might nibble around the edges, say by eliminating background checks entirely. But I can't see that getting them far; the majority of the country supports at least the most basic controls on weapons such as background checks. And the first heinous crime committed by a convicted criminal who walked into a gun store, walked out with an AR-15, then crossed the street and shot a dozen people would bring down a lot of politicians if they didn't have the old 2A herring to wave. People at the state level generally CARE about what happens at the state level, at least until the horror wears off. I think most likely there would be a slow tightening of regulations, as voters require their legislators to actually legislate about things the majority care about, not what the NRA and their minority of gunhumpers care about.

I've mentioned it here before; I'm an aficionado of interesting tools for punching holes in paper, remotely. I like the precision of the mechanism. My favorite is the Ruger Mark (II,III,IV) long-barrel pistol, .22 caliber.

I'm also VERY much supportive of universal background checks, for everyone, and would definitely like to see a "buyers license" (think TSA Pre check) made available to those of us who might wish to buy interesting target pistols while traveling. Most of the good gun shops aren't down here in Florida Man's Land, and I really would prefer to not have to pay for 72 hours' lodging somewhere, or, for that matter, have to arrange shipment to a FFL dealer I've never met, just to get an interesting paper punch.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA, clearly never played video games as a kid? I was a Nintendo kid, bitch. Also I'm 38. You are definitely swinging at 0%. And yes, these days they card kids for M rated games. Also great on including a homophobic slur. And yeah I've played online and don't like listening to kids doing that. However most retailers still do card. That it hasn't happened to your old ass is not the issue, fuckfaced pube.

No you seem pretty stuck on dumb that you can't read.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooope. She quite frankly said that games are marketing guns to kids. That's a direct crack at things like CoD which aren't sold to kids and aren't marketed to kids. And free apps for kids don't have guns in them, or at least realistic ones.

I have a friend who insists that we have plenty of gun laws on the books, "we just need to enforce them." (He also denies the "gun show loophole" is a thing.) Is it petty that I felt very satisfied in sending him that link at lawcenter.giffords.org about universal background checks?

Actually yeah as in also LGBT on top of the fact that this is a more inclusive family-ish blog, it is shitty to keep using slurs. But by all means keep whining about this while not engaging on the actual subject. Excellent derail attempt when facts are absolutely not on your side.
