What Trump did was show dumb people you don’t need to know anything about politics, or governing, or history, or international relations to win election to the highest offices in America. You don’t even need to receive the most votes, what with gerrymandering and the electoral college. He emboldened stupid people to reach higher than they (correctly) believed they were qualified. You don’t need knowledge when you have an opinion. You don’t need experience when you have gut instinct. You don’t need an agenda when you can simply stoke anger and hatred. And you don’t need facts when you can simply make things up. American children are not being taught “communism.” That’s absurd, of course. But instead of people questioning that, and pushing back on it, they accept her bloviating and agree that if communism is being taught, it shouldn’t be!
Georgia was founded to kill Indians? And here I thought James Ogelthorpe founded it to give English convicts a second chance to start their lives over.

I think in her mind, the dead Native Americans are martyrs for Jesus, and that therefore she was honoring their sacrifice. That they were not willing martyrs is irrelevant, as it was God's will for them to suffer and die, and God's will is all that matters.
