My brain is still hurting from the news. I worked with her a little bit to facilitate depositions from her main rebuttal witnesses, her elderly uncles, who have now died since the time of her arrest. I think it was the state's strategy to postpone the trial until after they died.
I was reading the backstory on that website created for her. Holy Cow! I have SO many questions, mainly how could that POS cousin have ANY credibility with his arrest record, and what was the connection with politics and change of state AG's. (Don't want to get into that discussion here, but I am quite curious.)
