There is a bill in congress that if passed would do away with gerrymandering. Any guesses as to who supports it and who is against it? Hmmmm...

I hate to think that Sam Brownback is gone. Can they do all those great things without his steady hand on the trigger or the lever? Can they completely defund the schools again? I hear that was great.

I'm from one of those beautiful little towns on that map. You know it should be pronounced like Gary. Just passing that along.

Could you be more specific about 'what Democrats are doing?'

They are exempt. You are not.

Democrats have been drawing all the most rigged maps while gaslighting all of us into thinking someone else is doing it. Look at NY, IL, NJ, NV, NM, OR, etc. Pretty much any opportunity they have, they cheat as much as possible. Why anyone thinks Democrats are good for democracy is truly baffling, but it must be because people are gullible and don't research what they're told.

Typical BS talking point fed to you by Democrats that you parrot back out. Democrats do not support "banning gerrymandering," what they did is propose a bill that rigs our elections in their favor while telling us its about "fairness" because they know gullible people like you will believe it. Democrats have been rigging the maps every chance they get for over 100 years, and only an idiot would think they care about democracy.

Republicans control most state legislatures because people vote for them; they've managed to win a majority despite the left's cheating. Furthermore, you have no clue what you're talking about.

Democrats have rigged every map they've had the ability to draw this entire cycle. Look at NY, IL, NM, NV, OR, etc. Furthermore, the NY map passed by democrats that was just struck down by the courts is an extreme gerrymander that gives Republicans 15% of the congressional seats despite winning 40% of the vote in most statewide elections. The maps were supposed to be drawn by a commission as you stated, but Democrats purposely sandbagged the commission and then passed their own maps! The fact that you don't know that demonstrates your ignorance on the subject and makes it hard to believe anything else you say.

Maybe you should do some research instead of parroting leftist talking points that are completely divorced from facts.

Actually I'm from MA and you could draw at least one R seat and potentially a second competitive one. Also, your argument is what Republicans say in red states when they give Democrats one or no seats, so I guess you think that's also fair.

But that's the Democrat way, justify their own cheating while calling out others for doing the same thing.

Yes but the new map made the district safe D, so now she is safe.

Kooky at you wiggling. Republicans will never vote to outlaw gerrymandering, NEVER! So you tell all kinds of lies because you are nailed when the dems propose to do so. Republicans need gerrymandering so much that even when a states voters pass restrictions on it they do it anyway.
