Yes Kansas legislature, just based on this list I see few problems enforcing this well-crafted law to protect the children: <a href="http:\/\/www.ala.org\/bbooks\/top-100-bannedchallenged-books-2000-2009" target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.ala.org/bbooks/top-100-bannedchallenge...">http://www.ala.org/bbooks/t...

And I'm sure the little tykes would never use Google books or Wikipedia to learn about these books and all of there sexy time words.

Or, in the case of NYC public schools, to make room for private charter schools, backed by hedge-fund investors, that pay no rent. Thanks, Ex-Mayor Bloomberg!

Is there some outbreak of teachers handing out pornogoraphy? And why didn't I have any of those teachers when I was in high school?

I don't see why not; he lacks “serious literary, scientific, educational, artistic or political value for minors"--or majors, or even undeclared, those lazy pothead soon-to-be-business majors.
