I wasn't clear. My question was, when is the judge required or expected to address whether Davis has violated his instructions. Thanks.

It's Kim's obtuseness which makes her obscure, and her obscurity which makes her forlorn.

But, the root of her obtuseness is founded upon bad genes, a narrow upbringing, and being dropped on her head multiple times.

The Office of Rowan County Clerk doesn't make a profit. If you don't make money you have nothing to put into the collection plate. If you don't put anything in the collection plate, you're not practicing a religion. If you don't practise at religion, you will not be supple enough to exercise your religious freedom.

I know it's the lawyers pushing this. Of course it's not because of all the sweet sweet cash sent to them by the rubes, no really, they're doing out of the goodness of their hearts ... Christian charity ... tax free ... not attention whoring ... who them? honest as the day is long on Beta Pictoris

“At issue here are marriage licenses issued by the Office of Rowan County Clerk and not Kim Davis individually, as Kim Davis individually has no authority to issue such licenses,” [Beshear’s lawyer Palmer G. Vance] wrote. “The Office of Rowan County Clerk does not have a right to free exercise of religion.”

And yet the Supremes couldn't come to this very obvious conclusion during tbe Hobby Lobby case (which is what opened the floodgates to the tidal wave of Pharisee-tainted runoff we are dealing with now)

I think that's Davis's ACTUAL problem right there. She sounds like the type to run with any semblance of authority and assumed her position meant she was the Payless Shoe version of Imelda Marcos. The recent legal decisions (which happened without even consulting her, like how rude!) however confirmed that she's simple the beurecratic version of toejam and never had any authoritative relevance, much to her chagrin. That's why she's embracing her recent coronation as Bigot Queen of the Lizard-brains.

Government itself can't "freely exercise" a religion because it's prohibited from establishing one. But a developing line of Supreme Court cases suggest that like private corporations, Rowan County does have its own free speech rights under the 1st Amendment. They can't be exercised without Rowan County (in other words, the County Executive Board) approving the message.

Kim Davis isn't even a basic bitch. Basic bitches pretend to have class and taste for the finer things in life.
