Even if the earth lives to be 7,000, there will never be anything more Kirk Cameron than his biology lesson using a banana as a prop. It's not as good as it sounds but it kind of is.

I don't think that forcing people into a closet, even metaphorically, is an act of love.

Wow, who knew so many of those books were "written" by those listed authors. So glad to see that they are making good use of their down time between slots at Fux News and whatever other nut job media outlets spewing lies and propaganda that will book them. Spoiler: All of them, Katie.

Wow are you confused! Many if not most public libraries are administered and largely staffed by homosexuals. Also most of them are Republicans.

"whoever controls the textbooks controls the future." Hmmmm, seems like I've heard that sentiment expressed somewhere else...

Just what literate library patrons need- their peace disrupted by bullying, self-righteous god-botherers with extra racism and homophobia. It is bad enough that these ideologues insist on wedging their propaganda into the stacks (e.g. the putative works of O'Reilly, Gingrich, Coulter, Hannity are always available to those who prefer poison), now they insist on bodily invading libraries, uninvited.

That papa bear illustrated in the Sorbo book fits nicely into a Tom Of Finland inspired pastiche concerning beefcake bear dads.

The person responsible for the color separation in the graphics department at the publisher was obviously asleep. That tank top needed to be PINK. Really low production standards helps 'splain why the library turns the books down.

We need to organize some of our own "concerned parents" to have every one of those books removed from school libraries. Obviously they're full of bestiality and are promoting a furry lifestyle.

"Love is the answer"

Kirk uses that word, but I don't think it means what he thinks it means. There is no hate like "Christian love".

They need a firm understanding of the saying "It's not who you love, it's how you love them that matters".

But sadly, because their tiny little hearts only have room for hate, they don't understand it.

I couldn't, in good conscience, give a child a book written by Kimberly Guilfoyle. There might be a picture of the author somewhere on it.

"it's not a mistake that this is going after the children because everyone understands that whoever controls the textbooks controls the future."

Is that why Brave Books has so many reich wing washed up celebs masquerading as children's authors? Yet another Every accusation is a confession moment it seems.
