Maybe I am confused on what a furry looks like but does she have to bring her own litter box or do they have someone follow her around with a broom and poop scoop?

Honestly it’s kinda difficult to tell if she’d pull more votes away from Gallego or Lake, at this point.

Sinema traveled 6,000 miles to lecture us some more about the filibuster while dressed like she was auditioning for the series "Shaun the Sheep."

Could use a little trim. 😀 https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

LOL! As if she would ever be invited. I do believe the invitees to this Davos clown fest do have know how to read above an 8th grade level.

The only people who decry "partisanship" are the ones who traditionally win "bipartisan" gambits.

That's been the Right so far.

For example, it was Clinton who oversaw DOMA and 3-strikes becoming law and Glass-Steagell becoming former law. He was the Right's bipartisan sock-puppet.

We were created by guys who came from a parliamentary system that actually allowed for many parties and the formation of coalitions. They instead made us "either-or". That may have been short-sighted, and they perhaps mostly chose it to avoid instability that could undermine a new nation, but it is how we are structured.

In that setting, being partisan actually means adhering to a set of ideas that a party espouses...and we should have no problem with that. To be adversarial in this way is in our founding DNA.

...and now that the other side is openly and gleefully both vicious and stupid being partisan is a safeguard against them...and it is not inconceivable that this was also in the Founders' minds when they contemplated an unknown future and set up an oppositional system as a shield against a weak middle that the worst would then ride to victory.
