Fascists by definition lack a funny bone. It's obvious it was pre-planned because otherwise the guy would've said, "No, I saw it on a Netflix show named 'You" early on. Instead he deliberately tries to keep a bad version of Abbot & Costello going, and she keeps playing dumb. Excruciating, especially knowing how evil and humorless she is the rest of the time.
This is clearly an agreed upon bit of fascist funny stuff. The faux-aggression in the bit is slightly less convincing than the usual not-funny faux-aggression.
