I don't believe I know any Marxist, Satanic witches; but I do run in circles where if any were around, I'd likely bump into them. And what I can tell you is, ‘to see what can be, unburdened by what has been,’ is not especially esoteric and not all that close to being occult. Is he thinking of, As above, so below? And just how is it that James Lindsay, Anti-Communist, is up to date on what Satanic Marxist witches talk about anway?
Well, they are now up to their necks in the former. All we need is for someone in the party to make waves. How about suggesting they replace JD with a real Republican woman? Like say.... Marjorie Taylor Greene? 😈 (I'm a still a bad hombre sez so on the label)
I was frustrated by how quickly and consistently the donors got the knives out for Biden, and how enthusiastically the entire MSM gleefully joined in. Today, I'm excited by Kamala Harris and, naively, hope that Democrats continue to fall the fuck in line.
While unseemly the lesson behind this is that the Democrats function as a party, and not some kind of cult of personality. Democracy is a messy business and full of emotions, but in the end it's way better than any of the alternatives. I don't ascribe any motivation to any of the major players in either camp but to work for what they felt was best for the country.
While generally I would agree, at this juncture I think that there is the potential for one of the best things about the Democratic Party, it's messy heterovocality, becoming the worst thing about the Democratic Party. I'm heartened by the fact that as of today and astounding number of public figures, organizations, and donations have backed Harris. I just don't want any continued factionalism causing a beaten and bruised nominee entering the general election.
I too want the "coronation" (as bullshit as that term is) to go about smoothly. While there is a deep bench of fine people that can make a good POTUS, none of them are even remotely well-positioned as Kamala to pick up the standard and win this race.
