This is pretty cool. I thought Sociology was the study of slides from Malaysia.
No. Seriously. The one Soc class I took in college was 300 level, required for my history degree. All we did was watch slideshows as your androgynous hippie droned on politely about how Malaysia was <em>totally</em> different from America.
Except the one session when he brought in his Muslim wife to teach us about the Seven Pillars of Islam. Instead it devolved into a discussion of Palestine, and she explained that yes, the Jews used to live there, but then, one day, they just left.
