Paul Ryan has been schlepping around his " budget" prop folder for a mind numbing number of years now. The only thing that has changed over time is the color of the cover. And still to this day...no numbers. HOW CAN A BUDGET HAVE NO NUMBERS ???

You know what really chaps my arse? The fact that single people w/o children deserve to only eat air. We're even poorer than people with children. Someone posted below that single people w/o children are allowed 3 months of SNAP in every 3 year period. I guess since we haven't bred, we don't deserve food? At least for 33 months out of 36. I really don't think this is fair, as I believe single, child-free poor people deserve to eat, too. At least one meal a day.
And of course, the ever popular 12. Health Care Savings Account increases. So all of those people working part time minimum wage jobs can sock away $5,000 a year tax free! Who can resist?
