Miss Delaware, probably. but for the most part Miss America is as soft a core as you can find, if you are mad about it, you hate female sexuality as it expresses itself within the hetero paradigm and you are a bad person.
I have never had any urge to watch these pageants. They seemed to come from the debutante balls of the old south where you dressed up young women to show them off to the slave market of an arranged marriage. As far as I can tell this fits the definition of anachronism perfectly.
