Listen what about FREDDIE GRAY? He had a very long ordeal. Injured when pinned for a mistaken reason, handcuffed and thrown into police vehicle and then for some reason driven around in that vehicle, not secured but just I guess yelling for his inhaler and in pain with his broken back-- begging to be taken to a hospital which led to his being put in leg irons. While four or five policemen ran their errands. He died in hosp. and nothing was done till after violent riots. Then four were charged and all acquitted. It's not immunity exactly but it wouldn't have happened that way except that the DA was pushed into charging them I guess, by public disorder. Those acquittals were so depressing.

It will matter if their pals are encouraged and also forced to stop them. That will just become the climate. If the records of each cop become public, that will also change the climate. These will become a matter of shame, tho it mightn't seem so. If you aren't getting away with your toughness it doesn't really count as power, I dont' think.
