If the Biden administration really wants every American to have access to clean drinking water (in the friggin' wealthiest(ish) country in the world, no less) it is going to have to have some very difficult conversations with the farming industry, the oil & gas industry, and electric utilities.
Force these industries to change their ways and make them pay for the cleanup. A girl can dream.
