OT: In "Holy shitballs I never saw this coming" good personal news, I was just told today that I was selected for the high-potential employee program at my company. Out of 46,000+ global employees, I was one of 12 to be selected. I knew I'd been nominated but definitely didn't think I was in the top 12 of 46K. Feeling a weird mix of pride and imposter syndrome.

Well shit, I figured this out in the GW Bush years. You could be freaking Socrates and not make a dent with these knuckle draggers. Today's MAGAs view facts and logic as the voodoo dark arts of the Liberal alchemists. I've since resorted to ridicule. Which I believe is why Wonkette exists.
