Someone in the upper right quadrant would be both competent and compassionate. Someone in the upper left would be competent, but not compassionate. Someone in the lower right would be incompetent yet compassionate. And someone in the lower left would be incompetent and not compassionate. For instance:
Bill Barr would likely plot way to the left on the x, yet slightly positive on the y.Barack Obama would plot on the upper right corner of the x/y. George W. Bush would plot way down on the y and slightly right of x.Donald Trump would be eating the grid paper.
I figured the Russians and/or Trump were just dumb enough to get caught. Chinese, not so much. Oh, we probably know they cheat, and they know we know, and they know we pull the same shit, and we know they know, but unless one party is blatant about it, both parties keep it on the DL out of professional courtesy.
