Oh god, don't start with "WHAR" again! Makes me laugh every time. On second thought...

The buses were full of MAGAs, who are more like zombies and ghouls than they are ghosts.

Well, as a Scandinavian I do know what "The White Buses" were: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Buses

But then I suspect Ray Higgins wouldn't have approved of those either.

I've heard of ghost bicycles. These are old ones, painted white and left at the scene of fatal accidents. Possibly not the same (or sane as I just typed) thing

Actually a million white buses came from Russia and occupied Crimea. And they're still there. Could that have seeped into Clay's clayhead? How did he get that name anyway? Is it a kind of nickname that they gave him and it just stuck?

Ghost buses! Who you gonna call? Ghost buses!

What the fuck is a ghost bus, anyway?

What I remember best from that day: there was a break for lunch. During that break not one Reublican cared enough about Clay Higgins to whisper hey, "Clay-- the boxes were examined. Don't say 'Whar boxes' any more. Don't say 'Whaar boxes' after lunch." Bc after lunch, those were the first words out of his mouth-- more indignantlly than before! I decided they must hate him. Then today he said to Wray, "your time is coming." Couldn't believe it he is just as mean as Marjorie. I also noticed when Marjorie was arguing with Wray and said "It was on my twitter" he didn't take any advantage of it by laughing in her face. He's such an advanced human compared to them. I mean-- it's just political correctness and it's just wokism-- What I mean is that those are excellent qualities in him of course. /And, what a profound difference. I'm tired of this swarm of so many people who're like that. I better go watch On the Beach quick. I mean that's a movie where even one other person being left after nuclear armageddon will be cherished-- you don't mind if they're silly fools.

Wray is a professional. If Clay or Marjorie are professionals, I have not yet figured out which profession.

So lemme understand this, Congressman Wingnut, 1000 maga nutters were identified by name in the months after 1/6, because it’s the Capitol and there were 97 security cameras. Those people were charged, nearly all made plea deals and either received custodial sentences or probation and fines. They aren’t mystery suspects or shadowy figures who aren’t known to the FBI, law enforcement and surely, Congress. There was a lengthy investigation into J6, and this dipshit surely has a copy of the report. So, as usual, it’s about conspiracy theories and political theater, nothing more. Ghost buses. Painted white. NEFARIOUS.

Not to mention all the brain damage victims who posted incriminating selfies with boastful stories about all the crimes they committed, and are prepared to commit again. So, he and the other J-6 deniers are saying that when defeated disgraced inducted loser ex-president LoudStupid called upon the scum of the earth to rally to save his failed fallen regime nobody but government agents provocateurs showed up?

Expand full comment

Evidently. And then those same government agents smashed through doors and windows to gain access to the Capitol, and beat, pepper sprayed and trampled Capitol police. All to make innocent MAGA patriots look bad.

seems like an awful lot of effort to make howling racist cultists appear reprehensible. Just aside that the fact that the dingbats presenting this argument have already erased any credibility they might once have had by embracing and amplifying every ludicrously counterfactual notion, from chemtrails to microchips in vaccines, there is no ridiculous fairytale they will not swallow like an anaconda gulping down a mouse.

That these absurd ninnies are taken seriously by reporters and their bosses is not a good sign for the preservation of civilization, such as it is anymore.

I'm old enough, and been on the internet long enough to remember when "FBI party buses" meant the mobile command centers.

Maybe Clay Higgins should be careful. The FBI has entire parking lots full of buses painted different colours, atleast according to Rep. Clay Higgins. ANY bus he see's, not just in photo's, could be them. I personally doubt they would only have buses but also car's. He should worry about any car in all the photo's and irl too.

The FBI is obviously using its massive powers to do a false flag to make him look dumb and stupid. /s

talk about a massive waste of resources! As if The Common Clay of the Higgins NEEDS any assistance making himself look dumb and stupid.

I know. No wonder he's upset. I wouldn't put it past them- just see how stupid he actually does look!

"These buses are nefarious in nature and were filled with FBI informants dressed as Trump supporters. They were deployed onto our Capitol on January 6th. Your day is coming, Mr. Wray."

See, now, how can these motherfuckers say shit like this? Why can they just get up there and lie to our faces like that? More than that, why do we allow pieces of shit like this fool to, you know, be a traitor or insurrectionist like this with no consequences?

Speech and Debate Clause, that's how.

You can threaten people because of that? Why don't more people make use of that then?

IANAL, but my understanding is there's a *huge* amount of leeway given to federal lawmakers to run their mouths however they want, as long as they're doing it as a part of their duties. Kinda like how PAB tried to get out of E. Jean Carroll's suit by claiming him defaming her was somehow part of his duties as POTUS. So yeah, telling lies is completely covered, and saying "your day is coming" is probably okay unless he starts making explicit threats like "we've got a noose ready for you" or something. I mean, he could always argue he only meant Wray was going face justice in the form of the courts and prison. It might even be true.
