I recently got a reply from a MAGA, quote “I’d rather be a moron, than a liberal”. Do they not realize they’re the ones being owned by a 34x convicted, rapist, 6x bankrupt, owing millions for fraud, psychopath? It seems almost 1/2 the country is oblivious of reality. If trump told them the moon was make of cheese, they would ask if it’s American Cheese.
Calling Dolan a coward is a really nasty response. He's a religious figure and as such, instead of raging about it, he took a more merciful tone as would be expected of him.
I'm not a fan of the Catholic Church or its beliefs, and it doesn't matter to me if Trump tricks himself out as the Virgin Mary and posts it online. If he costs himself support among the conservative Catholics who voted for him, I'm happy as a lark, but he probably won't. Trump worship has long since become actual idolatry, among putative Catholics and Protestants.
