A small victory for science over fear today, as a Maine judge rejected Gov. Paul LePage's attempt to impose a quarantine on Kaci Hickox, the nurse who has twice tested negative for Ebola and is in good health with no symptoms of the scariest disease in the world.
By then, we should have a total of one ( count that, ONE) death from Ebola on US soil. And, I could be wrong, seven cases of actual Ebola treated on US soil, and they all recovered. And a couple hundred folks monitored because of possible exposure, none of whom contracted the disease.
And, sorry, the Republicans will still be screaming their brains out about the threat.
