My attitude these days is that if the Party Establishment is for someone, I'll vote for a ham sandwich, if that's my only other choice. Maine voters had a referendum to deny Central Maune Power to built a transmission line through Maine from Quebec to Massachusetts which Vermont and New Hampshire had previously denied. Over our heads she vetoed it and now we have yet another gigantic powerlin through our woods and waters. She'd do the same in Washington if it lined her pockets.
